👋 Meet Joe Frick

Hi, I’m Joe—founder of The Command Post and the guy behind Idaho Divorce Law Firm. Before building any of this, I was just another solo family law attorney drowning in paperwork, client chaos, and constant burnout.

95-hour weeks. Little to no staff. No systems. Just survival.

I wasn’t running a business—I was putting out fires.

There came a point where I realized: this isn’t sustainable.

The law wasn’t the problem. It was everything around it—admin, intake, follow-up, billing, marketing, staff training. Every process felt like quicksand.

I knew if I didn’t fix how the business operated, I’d either burn out or blow it all up.

So I went deep into systems, automation, and process mapping. I built intake flows, templated my emails, and created staff checklists. Then I took it all inside Go High Level and made it run without me having to babysit it every day.

I called it The Command Post—because that’s what it became. A centralized system to run the firm with clarity, not chaos.

We didn’t just stabilize—we grew. Fast.
